Dr. Gillian Foster, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience in healthcare. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care that is both supportive and evidence-based.

Dr. Foster has experience caring for individuals across a variety of clinical settings, including primary care, urgent care, and behavioral health. Her approach focuses on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to help us understand your concerns, history, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. At TruMind Health, your provider will take time to get to know you, identify key areas of concern, and develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, education, and follow-up care recommendations.

Standard Follow-Up Visit 20–30 minutes | $175

Our standard follow-up visits focus on ongoing medication management, supportive psychotherapy, symptom monitoring, progress evaluation, goal setting, and treatment plan adjustments. At TruMind Health, we work collaboratively with you to track your progress, address concerns, and support your continued mental wellness and overall balance.
